Overall real good stay on vacation. Good budget hotel with perfect views as a bonus. Nice building, convenient and perfect location so close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, many other things to do in the area and a supermarket Food City. Also, very close to all the attractions. Hot and great breakfast, including cereals and yogurt.

I enjoyed my stay with comfortable beds and great customer service from the staff, who were attentive. The parking situation was a bit confusing, and I faced some issues with the television volume . It's a decent choice for families looking to explore the area with a good location and clean rooms.

My favorite property in Pigeon Forge. The hotel was located just next door to Dollywood, main Parkway and restaurants.

The breakfast spread was impressive with waffles, eggs, and coffee that was delicious! The beds were comfy, and I enjoyed the clean room. I'd definitely choose this place again!

Fairly clean place & consistently courteous and very pleasant staff. Exceptional service, wonderful standard queen room with a verandah, comfy beds, as for instance. With a microwave, coffee/tea making equipment, and fridges. Marvellous and perfect location for enjoying restaurants and a theme park close to the hotel. Very easy to get from London Heathrow airport, just 0.5 km.

I loved the clean, spacious room with cozy beds that felt like a warm hug! The outdoor pool area was perfect for lounging under the sun, and I adored how dog-friendly the place was! The staff went above and beyond, even calling me when I left my swimsuit behind. Truly a heartfelt experience!

The staff were great. The room was cozy and clean, with soft beds and ample space to relax. I appreciated the nearby dining options and the convenience of the trolley stop.

Better signage for hotel access would help seniors.

The air conditioning left much to be desired, as it was controlled from the front desk, leading to fluctuating temperatures-awkward for anyone trying to catch a good night's sleep. The parking lot featured debris, and a long walk to the room made hauling luggage a bit of a chore. The bathroom needed attention. Black mold at the tub's edge didn't sit well with me.
